Patricia “Patti” Matthew is the CEO/Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas (KWLV) where she works with sales associates to develop their careers and build profitable businesses by creating sustainable models/systems tailored to their individual business needs/vision. KWLV is recognized as the largest, most productive and most profitable Keller Williams office in Las Vegas.

Patti was an executive for both Berkshire Hathaway Nevada Properties and Realty ONE Group prior to joining Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas. She attributes making the change to KWLV after hitting a ceiling where she was. It was time for something BIGGER! She was with KWLV in 2013 and knew it was the best place for unlimited personal/professional growth for both sales associates and leadership. Patti’s experience as a mortgage asset manager, escrow manager (KB Home), licensed contractor/owner of a successful commercial construction company, IT consultant and an active REALTOR® give her a unique and comprehensive depth of knowledge/experience about the real estate industry and Las Vegas.

Patti is originally from Bedford, NY and relocated to Las Vegas to start her real estate career in 1991. She studied Psychology/Industrial Labor Relations at SUNY Potsdam and left the unforgiving winters of upstate New York for the sunshine of Las Vegas. She is the mother of two active boys who have a passion for hiking, skiing, riding ATV’s and traveling together as a family.
