Bridget Atterbom, a resident of Las Vegas since June of 2009, began her career in Real Estate in February of 2005 with Keller Williams Realty. She transitioned into Commercial Real Estate from Residential in 2016.. In her role, she focuses on Commercial Real Estate Development: including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial buildings comprised of office, warehouse, retail centers and multifamily. Tenant and landlord representation and land sales are also part of her practice. Prior to Real Estate she owned and operated several national retail chain franchises. She has over 37 years of experience in customer service and sales and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

Since 2017 Bridget has completed Foundations for Success in Commercial Real Estate, Financial Analysis for CRE, Market Analysis for CRE, and CRE Negotiations courses. She is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie Training.

Bridget currently serves as Treasurer for Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) and is a Trustee on The Board of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (BORPAC). She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, a professional organization with a rigid Code of Ethics and a set of standards which exceed those imposed by the state licensing agency. She serves on a Commercial Education Committee, the Membership Committee for CALV and spends time volunteering for Project 150 and Three Square.
